This Acceptable Use Policy (this “Policy”) supplements our Terms of Service (the “Terms”) by describing prohibited uses of our Services.

Those Terms generally govern your use of the websites and online services operated by Twingle LLC (“Twingle”, “we” or “us”). All capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy are defined in the Terms.

Prohibited Uses. While using the Services, you may not:

  1. Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Twingle LLC or its employees, representatives, subsidiaries or divisions;
  2. Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity;
  3. Send or attempt to send any advertising or promotional material, including but not limited to spam, junk mail, chain mail or any similar material;
  4. Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any person’s use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined in our sole discretion, may harm us or the users of the Services or expose us or other users to liability;
  5. Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage or impair the Services or interfere with another party’s use of the Services;
  6. Use any robot, spider or other similar automatic device, process, software or query to access or use the Services for any purpose
  7. Use any robot, spider, crawlers or other similar automatic device, process, software or query to monitor, extract, copy or collect information or data from or through the Services, or engage in any manual process to do the same;
  8. Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, modifications (mods) or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or affect the Services;
  9. Use any device, software, means or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Services, including but not limited to viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other such materials;
  10. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt any parts of the Services, the server(s) on which the Services are stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Services;
  11. Attempt to attack or attack the Services via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack;
  12. Download, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, or offer for sale any information obtained from or through the Services;
  13. Duplicate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or decode the Services, or attempt to do any of the same;
  14. Use, reproduce or remove any copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, slogan, logo, image, or other proprietary notation displayed on or through the Services;
  15. Circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade or thwart any technological measure or content protections of the Services;
  16. Use the Services for illegal, harassing, unethical, or disruptive purposes;
  17. Violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the Services;
  18. Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services; or
  19. Access or use the Services in any way not expressly permitted by these Terms.

Updating this Policy. As described in the Terms, we may update this Policy at any time in our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Services after the Last Updated date, you accept the current Policy terms.
